Coaching a Team: A Bear Bryant Case Study
This training cell is designed to teach advisors the proper way to advise the committee they are in charge of. Use of a case study allows the participants to learn from one's studies.
- To recognize that being an adviser in the Order of the Arrow means wearing a lot of different hats, one of which is being a coach.
- To recognize there is not a generic coaching manual or style that will magically insure success.
- To recognize how Coach Bryant's philosophies transcend the football field and can apply to us as advisers in the Order of the Arrow.
