Goal Setting and Time Management
One of the most important leadership skills can be time management. In this session you will see how setting goals and managing time can be essential to a plan.
- Help lodge, and chapter leaders and advisers prioritize their goals and tasks
- Show members how to effectively manage an up-to-date to-do list
- Identify stress problems in their lives that may contribute to health ailments and exploit ways they can reduce the stress
- Introduce members to the basic concepts of managing their time wisely
